Peanut oil machine is a new multifunctional screw pre press machine composed of pressing chamber, feeding device, screw total distance, cake calibration mechanism, gearbox and motor.
The characteristic of raceseed oil machine is that the horizontal and vertical augers work synchronously, the pressing chamber is of axial split type, the chamber shell is fixed by the center point of dovetail groove single bolt pressing block, the opening and closing of chamber shell adopts hinge structure and is cooled by cold warm structure;
The total length of the screw is a segmented structure, a labyrinth sealing gasket is used between the screw and the bushing, and an anti leakage screw is set beside the screw.
Soybean oil machine has the characteristics of novel design, reasonable structure, automatic and manual cake calibration function, non-stop blasting, cleaning and replacing vulnerable parts, large processing capacity, low energy consumption, small land occupation and low cost.

Hot press,Soybean Oil Machine
* Oil seeds are pressed under normal or low temperature. This can make sure the nutrition of oil seeds not being damaged. And it's helpful for people's health. When cooking, it will produce less cooking fumes than hot press, which can solve the troubles of some housewives.
Cold press,Sunflower Oil Machine
* Oil seeds are pressed after being heated with high temperature. Hot oil press is crude oil, which is deep in color and high in acid value. This has higher oil yield and more fragrant flavor than cold press. But hot press may damage biologically active form of oil seeds.

Screw thread
It USES three-stage press to fully press the oil. The Squeezer is made of Cr 12 which has high strength, good harden ability and good wear resistance, thus prolonging the service life of the machine.
Press row
There are multiple squeezes surrounding the squeezes, and the gap between the two squeezes is very small, so that the oil can be fully squeezed and the oil yield can be improved. Each squeeze row has a swirl groove. It can fully rotate and press the oil in the pressure chamber, and increase the oil yield by 5%.
Vacuum oil filter
Our oil presses are equipped with vacuum oil filters, which realize the real sense of oil presses and filtration as a whole,
improve the automation degree of oil presses. The oil after filtration is more pure.
The Heating Ring
The hot pressing oil press is equipped with a heating ring, which can increase the temperature of the blasting chamber, so as to increase the temperature of the oil and increase the oil yield.
There is no heating ring on the cold pressing machine. Under normal circumstances, when using the cold pressing oil machine, the temperature in the pressing chamber should not exceed 60 degrees. The temperature in the pressing chamber is caused by the friction of the pressing screw, the pressing row and the oil.
