Sesame oil machine separates oil from oil-bearing materials through the change of chamber volume, the drive of screw and worm, the resistance of curved teeth on the press ring and the pressure generated by extrusion friction between oil. Under the high pressure generated by the pressure chamber, the oil can be discharged from the pressure rod gap and the pressure ring oil groove. Both large and small screw oil extractors have similar theories in screw oil extractor pressing. Because the screw seed metering device is mainly used according to the extrusion principle, it is also called oil extruder or oil extrusion process.
